Contact Talk Radio show appearance on ‘Being a Conscious Change Agent’

I was interviewed last week by Dr Michael Gaeta on Being A Conscious Change Agent.  Thanks Michael for having me back on your show.

We explore:

– the importance of balancing your three instincts (self-preservation, sexual and social) including identifying your weakest instinct

– how to work on your trailing edge and not just your leading edge, so that you accelerate your overall growth, and bring more presence and balance to all you do

– how to structure your time to reflect your highest priorities and most balanced self

These are all themes I cover in the Introduction to The Conscious Change Agent.

And for a bit of variety, we changed roles 15 minutes before the end of the show, as Michael knows that I do a lot of interviewing.  He talked about the importance of optimum thyroid health and I was quizzing him how to best monitor thyroid levels.  If you have any issues with weight gain, mental fog or depression, might be worth getting your thyroid checked.  www.directlabs.com is a place you can get this done quickly and relatively cheaply.
